Flavia's Artisan Collective: Fair Employment
The Artisan Collective ensures stable, fair-wage employment for women in our production facilities. Beyond just jobs, we foster an environment that promotes leadership development, equal opportunities, and financial literacy, empowering women to take charge of their economic future.
